She Came to Dance
Sally Lippman, better known as Disco Sally, was a New York City legend who proved the dancefloor has no age limit. A widowed grandmother and former lawyer, she lit up Studio 54 in the late 1970s with her silver hair, sequined outfits, and unstoppable energy. A fixture of the disco era and true icon of Studio 54, Sally became a symbol of joy, rebellion, and living life out loud.
